Two brothers were stabbed — one fatally — when a fight erupted after a late night soccer match in Brooklyn early Sunday, authorities said.

Delvin Martinez, 31, was knifed outside of Beginning with Children Charter School 2 on Heyward St. in Williamsburg around 12:30 a.m.

He was rushed to Woodhull Hospital where he was pronounced dead, officials said.

His 29-year-old brother was was stabbed several times in the torso, neck and face. He is in critical but stable condition at the same hospital.

Police said the two men were participating in an organized soccer match at the location before calling it a quits sometime after midnight.

Martinez and his brother then got into a fight with a group of men before someone attacked them.

It is unknown if the brawl had anything to do with the match, or if the assailants had participated in the event.
