A man fatally stabbed his roommate in the neck at their Queens home early Monday.

The 24-year-old suspect attacked his 26-year-old roommate inside their 117th Street home in Richmond Hill around 2:30 a.m.

The victim, whose identity was not released pending family notification, died at Jamaica Hospital.

The suspect was taken into custody at the scene, where police also recovered a knife.

The motive behind the stabbing is not yet known.
