A man is fighting for his life after a hit-and-run accident in Queens, police said.

A Nissan Maxima smashed into the 25-year-old pedestrian at approximately 11:40 p.m. yesterday on Northern Boulevard, near 102nd Street in Elmhurst, and then fled westbound, cops said.

EMS rushed the victim to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, authorities said.

No arrests have been made.
