A man was critically injured in a hit-and-run accident in Queens early today, police said.

The 29-year-old was struck in Briarwood on the passenger side of a silver Nissan on Grand Central Parkway near Union Turnpike about 2 a.m., cops said.

The driver fled the scene. The vehicle had damage to its mirror, cops added.

EMS rushed the man to New York Hospital Queens, where he is fighting for his life. The victim is a Queens resident.

No arrests have been made.
