A pervert sexually assaulted a woman on the Upper East Side early today, police sources said.

The sicko, whom cops described as a 25-year-old Hispanic man, allegedly followed the 31-year-old woman into a building on East End Avenue near East 85th Street at about 1 a.m.

The man groped her buttocks before fleeing, sources said.
