A 47-year-old man was found dead in a bloody bathtub in Hell’s Kitchen Wednesday, police said.

The victim, whose body was clothed and partially covered by a shower curtain, was discovered at around 12:25 p.m. on the fourth floor of a West 48th Street apartment, police sources added.

There were no signs of forced entry, according to police. But one detective said “this is a homicide investigation.”

A Crime Scene Unit was investigating the slaying.

Police tape was set up at the red apartment building and two other storefronts as detectives worked at the scene.
