A man was found dead in his swimming pool in Suffolk County on Saturday, police said.

Lewis Conte, 63, was found dead in his backyard pool on Franconia Road in East Northport at about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, authorities said.

Someone saw Conte not moving in the pool and called 911, police said. A physician assistant responded to the scene and pronounced him dead.

The medical examiner will determine his cause of death, police said.
