A 23-year-old man was shot dead in Brooklyn Friday, cops said.

The victim was found lying on a sidewalk near 93rd Street and Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge with a gunshot wound to the neck at about 5:45 p.m., authorities said.

He was taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn and pronounced dead.

Witnesses saw a vehicle with TLC plates leave the scene around the time of the shooting, sources said.

It was not clear whether the car was related to the incident.
