A corporate-events planner was found fatally slashed in the neck in his Hell’s Kitchen apartment yesterday, police said.

Cops went to the West 46th Street apartment at 2:30 p.m. after colleagues reported they hadn’t seen John Lea, 41, since Tuesday. There was no sign of a break-in.
