A Bronx monster who admitted to slamming a helpless puppy to the floor, maiming her leg so badly it had to be amputated, was sentenced Wednesday to one year behind bars.

Rodrigo Martinez, 25, will also have to register as an animal abuser and will be barred from owning any pets for the next five years.

The fiend was caught on surveillance footage lifting the eight-month-old puppy by her harness to his shoulder height, and then throwing her tiny body to the floor in September 2016.

The pup attempted to flee, but couldn’t move, and the camera caught Martinez grabbing her by the scruff of her neck and attempting to force her up the stairs.

Her leg was amputated after the dog-hater’s gal pal brought her to the vet, and claimed she’d fallen down the stairs.

The dog bore other evidence of past abuse, prosecutors said.

She’s recovered fully, and was later adopted and named Sally.
