A Queens man stabbed his elderly mother and father in the neck with a kitchen knife Tuesday morning, cops said.
The 44-year-old son was fighting with his parents inside their Flushing home on Sanford Avenue near Parsons Boulevard around 9 a.m. when he picked up the knife and plunged it into his 68-year-old mother and 73-year-old father, sources said.
The parents were rushed to New York Hospital and are expected to survive.
First responders also discovered a blazing fire in the garage behind the home, officials said.
The son was taken into custody, and charges are pending, sources said.
