A young man was fatally shot Friday night in the Bronx, authorities said.

The victim was gunned down near Grand Concourse and East Kingsbridge Road in Bedford Park just before 8:30 p.m., cops said.

First responders rushed the man, believed to be about 18, to St. Barnabas Hospital, but he could not be saved.

Officials are withholding his identity pending family notification of his death.

Investigators did not immediately identify a suspect or motive in the deadly attack.
