A taxi cab ran over a pedestrian near Union Square early this morning — pinning him beneath its wheels, cops and the driver said.

“The guy fell in front of my car and I ran him over. I just felt a bump,” said cabbie Dave Xian, 32.

The accident happened at 13th Street and University Place about midnight. The 38-year-old victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is expected to survive, cops said.
