A man was hit by a train in Chelsea during rush-hour, authorities said.

The rider was hit by a downtown C about 6 p.m. at the 23rd Street station, according to the MTA.

While cops investigated, downtown trains were running express from Columbus Circle to Canal Street.

Medics took him alive to Bellevue Hospital.

The NYPD is investigating the circumstances.
