The creep suspected of breaking into an Upper East Side woman’s apartment and licking her face was slammed with two felony charges in Manhattan Criminal Court Saturday and held on $100,000 bail.

Salih Kolenovic, 40, was charged with sexually motivated burglary and sexual abuse. Police say he broke into the 28-year-old victim’s home near East 65th Street and First Avenue on Sunday through an unlocked door.

The woman said she woke up to find the pervert licking and kissing her face, police said.

The prosecutor called the crime “disturbing” and asked for $200,000 bail, which Judge Felicia Mennin cut in half, issuing an order of protection for the alleged victim.

Cops nabbed Kolenovic Thursday night after two anonymous tipsters recognized photos of him, saying he is known to frequent the neighborhood.

The prosecution noted this is not the first time the Queens man has been busted for such a crime. In 2011, he plead guilty to a felony charge after following a woman, grabbing her as she was opening her door, “putting his hands down her shirt . . . and trying to kiss her breast.”
