A man assaulted a Bronx bodega employee and hurled a box of jerky at him before looting $250 from the register, cops revealed Tuesday.

The strong-arm robbery took place at Prince Deli and Grocery on Kingsbridge Road shortly after 10:30 p.m. on June 4, according to police.

Surveillance video shows the man lunging suddenly for the employee’s wrist, dragging him forward to the pipe-filled counter before he manages to break free.

The robber then loses his hat lunging after the fleeing clerk before chucking a display box of beef jerky products at him and emptying the register.

The suspect, described as about 5 foot 8 and 160 pounds, fled on foot and remains at large.
