A 28-year-old man is clinging to life after his attacker chased and stabbed him following a dispute in front of a Washington Heights bodega early Sunday morning, cops said.

The two men were arguing in front of United Deli Grocery at the corner of West 179th Street and Audubon Avenue, police said. The suspect then chased the victim one block to West 180th and Audubon, where he stabbed him in the back at about 1:50 a.m., according to authorities.

The victim was rushed to Harlem Hospital Center, where he is in critical condition, cops said.

Cops do not know whether the two men knew each other before the incident.
