A man was clinging to life after he jumped out a fourth-floor apartment window Friday afternoon in East Harem, cops said.
The 25-year-old plunged to the ground outside the East 100th Street building in the Carver Houses near Madison Avenue around 12:30 p.m., cops said.
“I was walking outside and he was out on the grass,” a man who also lives on the fourth floor, Nozmur Chowdhury, 53, said.
He suffered a fractured arm and other injuries, authorities said.
The man was rushed to St. Luke’s, where he was listed in critical condition, cops said.
The man’s family at the scene refused to comment.
