A suspected shooter was arrested Sunday in connection with a double homicide in the Bronx after a baby shower on Saturday night, police said.
Wayne Smith, 28, of New Rochelle, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon after the men were killed just before 11 p.m. outside 397 East 198th Street in Bedford Park, cops said.
Oliver Arnold, 24, of Peeksville, was shot in the head and Jamal Smith, 28 of New Rochelle, was blasted in the torso, police said.

“It stemmed from a dispute,” a police spokeswoman said.
Cops believe the alleged killer might be the brother of the dead man with the same last name, a police source said.
The dispute that led to the shooting was believed to have started at a baby shower around the corner from where the blood was shed, a police source said.
