A man wearing a “Scream” mask shot two people early Thursday morning in Washington Heights, police said.
The assailant struck a 17-year-old girl and a 24-year-old man at around 2 a.m. on West 163rd Street between Broadway and Fort Washington Avenue, police said.
The girl was shot in the chest and taken to Columbia Medical Center, according to cops. The man suffered bullet wounds in the groin, leg and chest. He was treated at Harlem Hospital Center.
Both were in stable condition Thursday morning, authorities said.
The suspect, who police said was wearing a green jacket, ran off.
