The Manhattan man whose eye socket was fractured during a boozy brawl at the staid New York Athletic Club has thrown his own roundhouse punch — billing the young broker who allegedly socked him for a total of $15,000 in doctor and psychiatric bills and even new eyeglasses.

The victim’s whopping bill was revealed this morning as the alleged fist swinging broker, Colin Drowica, appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Drowica, 30, of Manhattan, is accused of causing the most physical injury and had been set today to take a no-jail plea deal in the fusty fracas, which broke out under the medieval-style chandeliers of the bar’s second floor Tap Room.

Instead, defense lawyer Isabelle Kirshner told Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Abraham Clott that the injured man, Andrew Haesler, 49, of Manhattan, last month added more than $10,000 in additional medical bills to his tally of damages.

Drowica would pay Haesler’s medical bills under the plea deal being offered by prosecutors. His possible guilty plea has now been put off until prosecutors turn over a more detailed accounting of those bills, which so far list only doctors’ names and their charges.

Haesler has also filed a lawsuit against Drowica and his two co-defendants, real estate broker Matthew O’Grady, 31, of Glen Cove, LI, and bond broker Peter Doran, 28, of Glen Head.

“Both sides want to confirm exactly what these charges are for,” Kirshner said after court. “It’s a late addition surprise,” she said of the latest batch of bills.

“If my client’s going to be responsible for payments in criminal court and in a civil suit, it would be malpractice for me to no confirm that these are reasonable charges,” she said.

Drowica is back in court next month for a possible resolution to the case.
