A man jumped to his death from the roof of a Chelsea co-op this morning, police said.

The unidentified man was on the roof of a building in the Penn South housing complex on Ninth Avenue near West 27th Street at 8:12 a.m., cops said.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, the FDNY said.

On Jan. 31 of last year, a 62-year-old man jumped from the same building.
