A male jumped to his death from a building next to the swanky Gansevoort Park Avenue hotel on Tuesday night, cops said.

The unidentified male leaped to his death from a commercial building on 29th Street in Gramercy Park at about 11:20 p.m., according to police.

Horrified onlookers described the scene.

“I saw him on his way down,” said James Morales. “I thought it was a bag of garbage until he hit the ground.”

It was not clear whether the man jumped from a window or the roof, cops said.
