A hit-and-run driver ­fatally struck a Brooklyn pedestrian crossing the street early Saturday, police said.

Bryan Loughran, 32, was crossing Gerritsen Avenue in Marine Park at 2:45 a.m. when he was sent flying by the impact with a Chrysler, police said.

He was taken to Beth Israel Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police tracked down driver Michael Casale, 50, and by 5 a.m. had arrested him.
