Police are looking for the hit-run driver of an SUV that killed a man in The Bronx yesterday, authorities said.

Graziano Abreu, 39, was crossing Jerome Avenue near East 167th Street at around 6:05 p.m. when a dark-colored Jeep hit him.

The driver took off.

Abreu was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where he died.
