A Queens bicyclist was killed by a hit-and-run driver early Saturday in Sunnyside, cops said.

Gelasio Reyes, 32, of Corona, was pedaling at 39th Street and 43rd Avenue at about 3 a.m. when he was hit by a driver in a red Ford Escape, police said.

Reyes was pronounced dead at Elmhurst Hospital.

Cops caught up with Cristian Guiracocha, 25, of Woodside, four hours later at Laurel Hill Boulevard and 58th Street.

Police charged Guiracocha with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operator and refusal to take a breath test.
