A man fatally shot his girlfriend in the head before turning the weapon on himself in a bloody murder-suicide on a Queens street Monday night, cops said.

Xie Bin, 51 gunned down his girlfriend 46-year-old Ya Ling Meng outside a restaurant in Flushing at around 5:30 p.m., according to police.

The deranged gunman then shot himself in the head.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
