A man lost an arm and two legs after being struck by a train in Queens Monday night, sources said.
The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was struck at the Elmhurst Avenue station by an R-train that was leaving the station, police said.
Authorities weren’t immediately sure how the man ended up on the track’s, but criminality is not suspected.
He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition.
