An ex-con has admitted he returned to the scene of the crime that put him away for 15 years and robbed the same New Jersey shoe store and same clerk.
Christopher Miller pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery Wednesday.
Prosecutors say the 41-year-old had completed a 15-year prison term for robbing the Stride Rite store in Toms River in 1999 when he returned the day after his release and committed the same crime in March 2014.
