A stranger fondled a woman as she slept in the passenger seat of a parked car in Brooklyn, police said.

The 32-year-old victim was sleeping in a car parked at 83rd Street and Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge around 12:45 a.m. July 5 when the man approached, cops said late Wednesday.

He reached in through an open window and fondled the woman’s breasts and genitals before fleeing into a building at 8201 Fourth Ave., police said.

Cops provided surveillance footage of a man they’re looking to question in connection with the incident.
