A Queens dad who won a $3 million settlement Friday from a trust-funder who mowed him down in 2010 driving the same Lexus he nearly killed a cyclist with a year later has a message for the reckless driver: Stay off the streets.

“I just hope I don’t run into him again,” Cesar Velazquez told The Post.

Upper East Side resident Clark Gettinger was a no-show in Manhattan Supreme Court Friday, but his attorneys offered the seven-figure deal just as the case was headed for trial.

Gettinger, 45, slammed into Velazquez while he was crossing East 59th Street on Oct. 4, 2010, according to court papers.
