A man was held up at gunpoint inside a Midtown hotel Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The stick-up happened inside the Grand Hyatt Hotel on East 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue around 4 p.m. when the gunman, who was with two other men, pulled the pistol, cops said.

The victim was robbed of his laptop and cash. Police were looking for the trio, who took off toward Times Square.
