The boozed-up driver, who collided with a pedestrian in Midtown early this morning, has been charged with DWI and driving without a license, police said.
Angel Perez, 41, of Brooklyn was headed north on West 57th Street at 2:28 a.m. when he mowed down a 22-year-old man crossing at Eighth Avenue, authorities said.
The driver remained at the scene and blew a .108 on a Breathelyzer test, cops said.
His victim was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital with head injuries and a broken leg. He is listed in critical, but stable, condition, authorities said.
