A high-rolling Manhattan man had his $95,000 Patek Philippe watch stolen right off his wrist by a group of bike-riding thieves early Wednesday, the victim told cops.

The victim, 30, says he was sitting in his car, smoking a cigarette with his arm out the window, at East Sixth Street and First Avenue in the East Village when two or three men rode up on bikes around 12:30 a.m. and asked to bum a smoke, according to police sources.

While the victim, who was not officially identified, was searching for a cigarette, the group grabbed his arm, ripped off his $95,000 Patek Philippe timepiece, and pedaled off, sources said.

The suspects are still at large, and cops couldn’t immediately provide a description of them.

When asked about the theft by The Post, the victim refused to comment.
