A 25-year-old man was seriously injured when he fell through a skylight while attending a rooftop party in Bedford-Stuyvesant early Sunday.

The man was hanging out on the roof of the four-story building on Malcolm X Blvd. with several other people when he stood on the glass skylight before it gave way around 1 a.m.

He fell five stories down a shaft and broke both legs, officials said.

Firefighters extricated the man from the shaft and EMS rushed him to Kings County Hospital. He is expected to survive.

No criminality is suspected and the incident is still under investigation.
