A man is fighting for his life after being hit by a subway in the East Village, authorities said.

The man was struck at the 2nd Avenue F train station near Houston Street and First Avenue at 10:08 a.m., the FDNY said.

He was removed from under the train and rushed to Bellevue Hospital in serious condition, the FDNY said.

As a result of the incident, F-trains will be running along the A-train line from West Fourth Street in Manhattan to Jay Street in Brooklyn, the MTA said.
