A man was seriously injured when he fell onto subway tracks in Brooklyn Monday morning, authorities said.

First responders rushed to the Cortelyou Road Q train station in Flatbush around 7:40 a.m. after a report of a man falling on the tracks, according to the FDNY.

He suffered serious injuries but was safely removed from the tracks and transported to Kings County Hospital.

The MTA said on Twitter it cut power to the third rail while the man being removed, and trains ran express past the station.

Police didn’t immediately know what caused the man’s fall.
