A Bronx woman is in serious condition after she was shot when an argument with her boyfriend turned violent on Sunday morning, authorities said.
The 36-year-old woman was fighting with her boyfriend inside an apartment on Decatur Avenue near East Mosholu Parkway North in Norwood around 11 a.m., when the disgruntled spouse pulled out a gun and fired several shots.
The woman was struck in the right shoulder, torso and right hand, police said. Her 36-year-old boyfriend then fled.
The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in serious, but non-life threatening condition, authorities said.
Police are looking for the shooter, who they say is wearing an all-grey outfit.
