A man was shot dead in Jamaica today, police said.

A witness said he heard 4 or 5 shots around 11:24 a.m. on 105th Avenue near Liverpool Street and saw a man in a hoodie hop into a minivan and drive off.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, cops said.
