A 54-year-old man was shot during a fight with two other guys in the Bronx in a possible road rage incident Wednesday afternoon, police sources said.

The man was shot in his left elbow at 852 Revere Ave. in Throg’s Neck at about 1:30 p.m. He was taken to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.

Two suspects took off in a red Dodge Caravan, police said.
