A man was shot in the stomach while cornered in a Brooklyn elevator, police said.

The 25-year-old victim was inside an elevator at 940 Gates Ave. on Dec. 30 just after 8 p.m., according to police.

Surveillance video from inside the elevator showed the shooter approaching the open doors of the elevator and pulling a gun as soon as he got inside.

The shooter immediately fled as the victim slumped to the elevator floor.

Authorities say the victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, cops said.
