A 21-year-old man was shot and killed during a dispute in the hallway of an East Harlem building Sunday morning, cops said.

Steven Vasquez, of Queens, was shot in the head at 350 East 124th St., the Wagner Houses, around 2 a.m., cops said.

He was taken to Harlem Hospital, but couldn’t be saved, cops said.

A 22-year-old man was taken into custody and was being questioned. A .45 caliber firearm was recovered from the scene.

Police said it was unclear what the argument was about.
