A man was fatally shot in front of his girlfriend as the pair sat in his luxury ride in Brooklyn early Wednesday, cops said.

The woman could do nothing but watch as the killer rolled up in a white sedan and pumped four rounds into her boyfriend, Adetunji Ajakaye, 25, as the two sat in a black BMW at East 17th Street and Newkirk Avenue at 12:49 a.m.

The woman was unhurt.

A longtime resident and eyewitness said the gunman opened fire from the passenger side.

“The paramedics were doing chest compressions but he looked like he was already dead, he wasn’t moving or talking,” said Jackson Georges, 52.

“There were about 20 people that crowded around the man.”

“I heard a gentleman calling a friend on his cellphone yelling, ‘He’s dead! He’s dead!'” he added.

The culprit then sped off, cops said.

Georges said he saw the gunman running down East 17th street toward Foster Avenue.

Ajakaye, of East 18th Street in Brooklyn, was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A description of the gunman was unavailable.
