A 34-year-old man was slashed with a knife after he bumped into another person while waiting for a train at the northbound 125th Street station of the 4, 5, 6 trains in Manhattan Thursday afternoon, police said.

Police say the perp, who was wearing an orange hoodie, black jacket and jeans, sliced the victim below his ear after the bump turned into an argument shortly after 4 p.m.

Emergency service workers took the victim to St. Luke’s Hospital, where he is in stable condition, officials said.
