A man was attacked by a machete-wielding maniac in a Hell’s Kitchen deli Saturday morning, cops said.

The 35-year-old victim was at Liberty Bagel & Deli on Ninth Avenue when the stranger walked in and lunged at him with the weapon, striking him in the shoulder. He then ran off, leaving the blade behind.

The victim was taken to Roosevelt Hospital with a non-life-threatening wound to his left shoulder.

Police are examining video of the attacker, who was still on the loose.

He’s approximately 5-foot-9 and was wearing a black hat, black sneakers and a white shirt.
