A man was slashed on the head during a fight early Tuesday in Harlem.

Photos show the bloodied victim lying on the sidewalk along West 127th Street near Fifth Avenue as paramedics bandage a head wound around 3:30 a.m.

The unidentified man was then strapped to a gurney before being loaded into an ambulance and taken to Harlem Hospital in serious but stable condition, fire officials said.

It is not immediately clear what sparked the fight and police said no arrests have been made.
