A man slashed another bargoer with a large knife during a fight over a woman that spilled out of a Hell’s Kitchen watering hole and onto the street late Sunday, cops said.
The 26-year-old victim was with his friends at Mickey Spillane’s on West 49th Street near Ninth Avenue around 10:30 p.m. when a clash erupted because a stranger was flirting with his female pal, police said.
The dispute then spilled out of the bar and around the corner, police said.

The victim was treated for a deep laceration that required multiple stitches, cops said. William MillerThings turned violent when the other man pulled out the blade and slashed the victim on the left side of his lower back, cops said.
The attacker immediately took off, heading south on Ninth Avenue, police said.
