The Queens man whose fiancée is on trial for slicing him with a samurai sword begged a 911 operator to send an ambulance while saying “I’m dying,” according to audio of the call played in court Friday.

“Please help me, I need an ambulance. I’m dying here,” Franklin Larrea pleaded to the operator after being slashed by fiancée Karla Barba, revealed the clip played to jurors in Queens Supreme Court.

“Send an ambulance, please … my wife cut my arm,” Larrea said, although Barba’s lawyer has confirmed to The Post that the two are only engaged.

Larrea’s 12-year-old son was the first to call 911 after Barba hit her beau with the sword during a row at their Jackson Heights home in 2016, and the boy then handed the phone off to his injured dad — who ultimately survived the bloody ordeal.

Barba — an ex-girlfriend of disgraced former state Sen. Hiram Monserrate — is facing charges of assault, attempted assault and endangering the welfare of a child over the incident.

Her lawyer says it was just an “accident” and Barba didn’t realize the sword was more than “decorative” when she hit Larrea — and then left him bleeding because she didn’t know how serious his injuries were.
