A 28-year-old man was stabbed during a tussle near Penn Station on Friday afternoon, cops said.
The victim was knifed in both arms around 4:10 p.m. at West 34th Street and Seventh Avenue — steps from the busy transit hub and Madison Square Garden, police said.
