In East Harlem, Stanley Williams, 50, had been trying to cross the Harlem River Drive, near East 135th Street, when he was hit by a Chevrolet SUV heading uptown about 10:55 p.m. yesterday, cops said.

EMS rushed Williams to Harlem Hospital, but he could not be saved.
